Psychedelic Tree

As we had mentioned in a previous post, Robin and I spent much of our life at Disneyland.  Despite how many times we were there, it was always still magical.  I think one of the most magical times was at night when the park was covered in lights.  There was one particular tree that was most memorable. It was a huge tree at the entrance of Big Thunder Ranch, that was lit with red, blue, yellow, green and white lights.  My friends and I would walk under that tree and twirl around in circles while looking at the lights.  It created an AWESOME visual effect (along with making us completely dizzy).  We called it the psychedelic tree.

My husband and I were in downtown last weekend at night.  I noticed a beautifully lit up tree that reminded me of the psychedelic tree at Disneyland.  I decided I needed to get a picture of it as we drove by it.  We drove by it too fast for me to get a non-blury picture.  I was a little disappointed but the more I studied the one picture I got, I thought it was AWESOME!!!!  The bluryness really brings out the colors of the lights and makes the look even more radiant!!!  What do you think about my picture?

Midnight Snack

After my husband went to bed last night, Robin and I decided to go out for a midnight snack.  We snuck out of the house at 12:20AM and went to nearby Walmart.  We got Drumsticks (ice cream sundae cones) and Golden Oreos (YUMMY!!!).  When we got home, we had a contest to see who could finish their Drumstick first.  Of course I won, since NO ONE loves ice cream more then me :P!!!
